We just tried to go into the bar for my friends bachelorette party and because her purse was medium sized, they wouldnt let us in. I would give this bar 0 stars if possible.
Standing in line for 40 minutes because only one person is in charge of taking cover and checking IDs. Legitimately was confused if this was even gay friendly standing in line. Basically its a magnet for drunk white girls who have nowhere else to socialize after their sorority days. If this is supposed to be a gay club then its failing. Ill be back in town next year if anyone has suggestions. Im still looking for a mid-life crisis, hook up pub atmosphere in GR. I was told things pick up after 10pm, but it was 7pm and I thought maybe Id run into a late happy hour crowd or something. Unfortunately I travel for work and was out looking for fun on a Tuesday evening. This is a nice place and the bartender and few patrons I met were nice and helpful. It was shocking to see one of the only LGBT clubs in this city so vacate!īut the jelly shots were wonderful and the dance floor was very spacious! "Crossroad" by Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony, was played, need I say more?! The music was not tailored to attract all party goers which left many people simply sitting around and conversing or utilizing the exterior of the establishment as their hangout spot. Visited this city to attend a graduation last weekend and was very disappointed in the music selections. I am never going back to Rumors again and am telling all my friends the same. That was one of the worst nights of my life. I told the black woman I was talking to that he did that, and she replied "Then tell him not to do that." As I was talking to her, one of the gentlemen walked by and grabbed my ass again and disappeared into the crowd. Later lost my cellphone and went to the bouncer who was checking people in. Went to the bar and while waiting for a drink, a black gentleman and his friend "accidentally" touched my butt. Went there to meet with my friend for a bit of fun last Friday.
